Cancellations & Pricing

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will have their deposit applied toward their rescheduled visit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will  forfeit their deposit and need to make a new deposit to secure their next appointment. No call/no show or cancellations made within 2 hours or less will be charged in full or $50, whichever is greater.

By scheduling a lash extension appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Risk of Complications: Lash extensions are a cosmetic procedure that may involve risks and potential complications. These may include, but are not limited to, allergic reactions, infections, eye irritation, discomfort, or loss of natural lashes.
  • Contact Lens Restrictions: It is highly recommended that you remove your contact lenses before and after the lash extension procedure. Wearing contact lenses during the procedure may increase the risk of eye irritation or infection.
  • Aftercare Instructions: You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by your technician. Failure to follow these instructions may increase the risk of complications and may affect the longevity of your lash extensions.
  • Assumption of Risk: You agree to assume all risks associated with the lash extension procedure and to hold the technician harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the procedure.

Please consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns or questions about the potential risks of lash extensions.
